We want you to be 100% satisfied with any Travel you make with us, but we know that you may change your mind or that sometimes things can go wrong. That is why we offer you the opportunity to refund the dissatisfied service.
OMIROS Travel always aims to reach the best solution to satisfy our customers. Thus, OMIROS will provide refunds or exchanges as detailed in the terms of use of the services. All refunds and exchanges will be assessed on a case-by-case basis to provide personalized customer service and do what is best for the customer.
PLEASE NOTE: Proof of purchase (services receipt or, in certain cases, credit card billing) must be presented in all cases, and in-person refunds or exchanges must be made in the same type of purchase.
By completing your refund form claim you will receive two emails to your inbox
- First (1) Message
- When submit the refund form you will receive the first automatic confirmation message, will be in standby mode up to check the details of your refund and make any clarifications. It is the client’s responsibility to notify the department if not received the confirmation message. All the details you have entered / or have requested to be introduced in the refund process will be displayed in detail in the automatic confirmation message.
- Second (2) Message
- Once the necessary control elements has done, will be sent you a second message stating the full refund details. We will also notify you about the state of the refund status, marked "confirmed" and you will receive a confirmation email with a refund number. Once you receive the refund confirmation, the company will process it within seven business days from the confirmation date. This is when the refund approval will take effect and we will notify you of the payment method come into existence. Please note, that the company cannot be held responsible for your Bank Transfer fees, transfer anomalies, and/or possible delays occurring due to any Bank service issues.

- UPDATE B1: Amendments, Refunds.
- We go above and beyond our legal obligations. Even though local laws don’t require us to offer specific refunds rights, we guarantee that we will honour our refunds policy in case you are not satisfied with our services.
- Refunds for our services will only be made to the person who has used our services and was not satisfied with them.
- Refund will be made in the same manner as the payment transaction, the refund will be completed within 60 calendar days from the day the service was accomplish and must be accompanied by the receipt or invoice for payment of the services.
- Services credit (voucher) can be used on a future order within 1 year of the Refund.
- Once you receive the refund confirmation, the OMIROS Travel will process it within seven business days from the confirmation date.
- We will only refund to the person who made the usage or booking, using the original payment method, as the case may be. If the original payment method or account is no longer available, we will issue a refund via an alternative payment method in the name of the person who made the booking.
- Refunds will normally be made in the original currency in which the Usage-Booking was made.
- Please note, that the OMIROS Travel cannot be held responsible for your Bank Transfer fees, transfer anomalies, and/or possible delays occurring due to any Bank service issues.
- All refunds and exchanges are subject to applicable local law.
